Elaine Lu is a senior member of  STIBC (2004 – present). She has had 30+ years experience as a business notary and is well familiar with many types of documents of a general nature, and with legal and commercial instruments in particular. Clients come from all walks of life. They include, among others, academia, individuals, financial institutions, public bodies, Canada Research Council and many others. In recent years Elaine Lu has participated in many litigation papers (Chinese into English).
